Treatment Done

e-max HT Crowns were placed on the 2 central incisor teeth. The patient has a serrated occlusion, and has clenching habits, so it is very risky to make veneers because of risk of debonding and fractures of the veneers, this is why

full crowns were indicated. When doing crowns with e.max porcelain, it is not necessary to remove allot from sound tooth structure as with traditional crowns. So no root canal treatment is needed, ad no pain or sensitivity is present after placement and bonding of e.max crowns. The bonding of the e.max crown is done in a very particular way, making them virtually non removable, and so the crowns will be very much durable. Note in the picture, the natural aspect of the crowns, these cannot be distinguished from natural teeth. This is because the e.max HT has a very High Translucency, also the bonding cement is well chosen so it will make a perfect match between the color of the natural teeth and the e.max crowns. The color will remain stable and will not change over time.
