Piezosurgery - Zoom! - E-Max HT Crowns
Treatment Done
First, a gum lifting was performed on the 2 central incisors. It was done using the piezosurgery technology. With the piezosurgery, we can remove the extra bone underneath the gum without making any harm to the any of the soft tissues ( gum, nerves, blood vessel). This way we can remove bone accurately, with precision and yet very easily without any risk of damaging any nerve or blood vessel. The visibility for the surgeon will be enhanced and so the surgery will be stress free.
After the gum lifting and positioning, the Zoom! Whitening was done for the teeth. We use the Zoom! whitening as it is the most professional whitening system actually
available on the market. It always gives good results with minimum tooth sensitivity. The sensitivity, if present, will be for only one day, and it will be very tolerable.
Finally, the old crowns were removed, as these were made with porcelain fused to metal, which is very unaesthetic and may be very irritating for the gum. Instead, 2 e.max HT crowns were paced on the central incisors to mimic the shape, new color, and the position of the natural teeth.
